Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using HomeAI (the "App" or "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

Description of Service

HomeAI is an AI-powered interior design application that allows users to upload photos, generate redesigned versions using AI, and manage projects. Some features are available through subscription.

Eligibility

  • Must be at least 13 years old. Users between 13-18 need parental consent.
  • Responsible for complying with all applicable local laws.

Account Registration and Security

  • Uses device-based authentication. A unique identifier is generated for your account.
  • Optional email linking for multi-device access and recovery.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Subscription and Payments

Free Trial

New users receive a 3-day free trial with access to premium features (up to 1 design).

Subscription Options

  • Weekly Subscription: $4.99/week
  • Yearly Subscription: $59.99/year

Billing and Cancellation

  • Processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  • Auto-renewing unless turned off at least 24 hours before end of period.
  • Manage subscriptions in device Account Settings.

User Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of original photos but grant us a license to process them for AI design generation. AI-generated designs are derivative works for your personal use.

Prohibited Content

You may not upload content that is illegal, infringes on rights, or contains harmful code.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI-generated designs are artistic interpretations and may not be architecturally accurate. They are for inspiration only and not professional advice.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months or $100.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify HomeAI against claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations. You may terminate your account at any time through app settings.

Dispute Resolution

Binding arbitration will be used to resolve disputes. These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey.
