1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Pomodoro App ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our App.

Pomodoro App is a productivity application that provides:

3.1 Free Version

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the free version of Pomodoro App for personal use.

  • All core features

3.2 Premium Version (Future)

Premium features may include:

  • Unlimited tasks

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

  • Use the App in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
  • Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm another person
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App

Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at support@pomodoroapp.com.

14.2 Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App.

17. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
