Information You Provide or That Is Collected

• Camera images — processed live on your device only while the app is open, in order to magnify and scan text; never recorded, stored, or uploaded
• Microphone audio — used only while the read-aloud feature is in use and processed on your device; never recorded or transmitted
• Photos you choose to keep with freeze-and-save — written to your own photo library on the device and nowhere else
• Your in-app preferences such as zoom level, viewing mode, and left-handed mode (stored locally on your device)
• Purchase and subscription status (processed through the Apple App Store and RevenueCat)

Information We Do NOT Collect

• No account or registration — the app has no user database
• No personal data is collected, stored, or shared with third parties
• No images, sound, or scanned text leaves your device; nothing reaches a server of ours
• No analytics software, no advertising network, and no tracking tools of any kind
• No ads at all, in the free version as well as Büyüteç Pro
• No access to your payment details — payments are handled entirely by Apple
• No background access: camera and microphone are active only while the feature using them is in use

We use the collected information to:

• Provide and maintain the app's core functionality
• Fix bugs and improve app performance
• Send notifications and reminders (if enabled by you)
• Manage your subscription and process payments through Apple App Store

Local Storage: All your personal data and app content are stored locally on your device. We do not upload your personal content to our servers.

Cloud Services We Use:

• Apple — App Store purchases and subscription management
• RevenueCat — subscription purchase and validation infrastructure

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

• Access: View all data stored in the app at any time
• Delete: Remove all your data by uninstalling the app or clearing app data in device settings

Büyüteç is rated 4+ and is suitable for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 — in fact the app collects no personal data from anyone, and there is no account, profile, or server-side storage. Purchases are made through the Apple ID signed in on the device, so a parent's Ask to Buy and Screen Time settings apply as usual.

If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.

We implement appropriate security measures including local device storage, HTTPS encryption for any network communications, and restricted transmission of sensitive data to external servers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the date at the top of this policy. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
