Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Movie Picker, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Description of Service
Movie Picker is a ai movie matcher application developed by FAEM Software. The App provides the features and functionality described on its App Store listing.
Important Disclaimer
Movie recommendations are generated by AI based on your preferences and may not always perfectly match your taste. Movie data is provided by third-party sources and we are not responsible for content availability on streaming platforms.
Subscription Terms
Movie Picker offers premium subscription for unlimited recommendations and an ad-free experience.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store to your Apple ID account and automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Free Trial
Free trial periods may be offered. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, automatic charges will apply at the standard subscription rate.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Access to premium features continues until the end of the current billing period.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with advance notice provided through the App Store.
User Responsibilities
By using the App, you agree to:
- Use it only for personal, non-commercial purposes
- Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to hack the App
- Not use it for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Not share your account or subscription with others
- Provide accurate information where required
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Movie Picker are owned by FAEM Software and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Movie Picker is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. FAEM Software does not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
IN NO EVENT SHALL FAEM Software BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES arising from your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FAEM Software and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Apple-Specific Terms
- These Terms are between you and FAEM Software only, not Apple Inc.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App
- Apple bears no responsibility for any product liability claims or third-party claims related to the App
- Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you
