Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Photo Renaissance AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Description of Service
Photo Renaissance AI is a face aging, baby generator & photo restore application developed by FAEM Software. The App provides the features and functionality described on its App Store listing.
Important Disclaimer
Photo Renaissance AI creates images and videos with generative AI. Aged, rejuvenated and baby images are imaginative illustrations for entertainment — not medical, genetic, forensic or scientific predictions — and restored, colorized and animated photos are AI reconstructions, not exact records of the original or historical fact. Results must not be used for identification, as evidence, or presented as official records. You may use the results for personal and commercial purposes. You must hold the rights to every photo you upload, and you may transform a child's photo only as that child's parent or guardian. Using another person's face without their permission, or in a misleading or harmful way — including to impersonate, harass or deceive anyone — or to create sexual, violent, hateful or otherwise illegal content, is not permitted. The AI provider may decline some photos, and results vary from photo to photo.
Subscription Terms
Photo Renaissance AI is free to download, and new users receive a small number of credits to try it. Each AI transformation uses credits; animations use more than still images, and a transformation that fails has its credits returned. Credits are available two ways. Premium is an auto-renewing membership billed weekly, monthly or yearly: each period starts with a fixed credit allowance (the yearly plan's allowance is granted at the start of the year), and unused membership credits do not carry over — the allowance is reset at each renewal. One-time credit packs are not subscriptions; their credits do not expire, and members receive bonus credits on each pack. Credit balances are kept on your device and are not linked to an account: Restore Purchases re-applies an active membership's allowance, but credits from one-time packs cannot be restored after the app is deleted or on another device. Plan names and current prices are shown on the purchase screen in your local currency before you buy.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store to your Apple ID account and automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Free Trial
Free trial periods may be offered. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, automatic charges will apply at the standard subscription rate.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Access to premium features continues until the end of the current billing period.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with advance notice provided through the App Store.
User Responsibilities
By using the App, you agree to:
- Use the App and its results for personal or commercial purposes, provided you hold the rights to the photos you upload and do not use another person's face without their permission or in a misleading or harmful way
- Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to hack the App
- Not use it for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Not share your account or subscription with others
- Provide accurate information where required
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Photo Renaissance AI are owned by FAEM Software and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Photo Renaissance AI is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. FAEM Software does not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
IN NO EVENT SHALL FAEM Software BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES arising from your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FAEM Software and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Apple-Specific Terms
- These Terms are between you and FAEM Software only, not Apple Inc.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App
- Apple bears no responsibility for any product liability claims or third-party claims related to the App
- Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you
